About this two weeks of classes
What we will learn in Salsa?
In this two weeks we will learn the base and basic steps on salsa like: Mambo, Rumba, Cumbia, turn to the right, turn to the left, the following and leading technique, basic partner work combinations to social dance and the flavour how to move your body in the salsa way.
Salsa have 2 big styles, salsa Cubana and salsa line style.
After this 2 weeks of introduction classes, you can choose salsa cabana beginners or/and salsa line style beginners
If the beginner classes are to easy you can change to the improvers salsa classes any time.

What we will learn in Bachata?
For bachata its a bit different…
Bachata has 3 big styles
Bachata (Bachata moderna)
Bachata Sensual (Bachata with body waves)
Bachata Dominican (The traditional bachata)
In this 2 weeks we will learn the most popular bachata style that are danced all around the world “Bachata (Bachata Moderna)”
You will learn from scratch the basic steps, the technique how to lead and follow, flavour how to move your hips and the flow in bachata.
After this 2 weeks you can choose to continue with Bachata Moderna or Bachata Dominican For to continue with Bachata Sensual you have to make the improvers level in bachata moderna first, because bachata sensual has a lot of turns combination mix it with body waves.

About our classes:
Welcome to our dance classes in Salsa and Bachata
In our classes will talk English however you can talk to us in Swedish and Spanish as well 🙂
These classes are for absolute beginners, we will start from scratch, and you do not need to have any experience with dancing.
You do not need to sign up with a dance partner to come to our classes, we rotate partners ever 2 min in our classes.
However, if you do want to sign up with a dance partner and not rotate its also possible.
In this 2 days, you will learn the basics and be able to social dance with anyone in the world that can dance Salsa and Bachata
SALSA: The first day we will teach just the general basics of salsa, the second day we will go into the Salsa Cuban Style.
BACHATA: We will teach just the basic steps and turns in Bachata, so you can social dance with everybody. (The styles in Dominican and Sensual style we will teach in semester classes)
