Welcome to our dance classes in Salsa and Bachata
In our classes will talk in English however you can talk to us in Swedish and Spanish as well 🙂
These classes are for absolute beginners, we will start from scratch, and you do not need to have any experience with dancing.
You do not need to sign up with a dance partner to come to our classes, we rotate partners every 2 min in our classes.
However, if you do want to sign up with a dance partner and not rotate, it’s also possible.
In these 2 weeks, you will learn the basics and be able to social dance with anyone in the world who can dance these dances.
Get ready to learn, have fun, meet a lot of people, and make new friends dancing!

What will we learn in Salsa?
Salsa is one of the most popular dances in the world, full of energy and happiness, great to meet new people and make friends.
In these weeks we will learn the base and basic steps of salsa like Mambo, Rumba, Cumbia, turn to the right, turn to the left, the following and leading technique, basic partner work combinations to social dance, and the flavour how to move your body in the salsa way.
Salsa has 2 big styles, Salsa Cubana and Salsa Line Style.
After these weeks of introduction classes, you can choose Salsa Cubana beginners or/and Salsa Line Style beginners.
If the beginner classes are too easy you can change to the improvers’ salsa classes any time.

What will we learn in Bachata?
Bachata has passion, sabor, energy, and connection, it’s very easy and friendly to start dancing within a few hours!
But bachata, it’s a bit different…
Bachata has 3 big styles: Bachata (Bachata Moderna) – Bachata Sensual (Bachata with body waves) – Bachata Dominican (The traditional bachata)
In these weeks we will learn the most popular bachata style that is danced all around the world “Bachata (Bachata Moderna)”
You will learn from scratch the basic steps, the technique to lead and follow, flavour to move your hips, and the flow in bachata.
After these weeks, you can choose to continue with Bachata Moderna or Bachata Dominican, for to continue with Bachata Sensual you have to make the improvers level in Bachata Moderna first, because Bachata Sensual has a lot of turns combination mix it with body waves.
