Dance Vida is very careful when processing personal information to protect your personal privacy.

Dance Vida is very careful when processing personal information to protect your personal privacy. The personal data submitted are treated in accordance with applicable law or other constitutions and in accordance with our internal guidelines, policies, and procedures for managing personal data.
Personal information is usually obtained directly from you as a participant when you sign up your self for our events and classes.
What data do we collect?
When you contact us either via our website, by telephone, or personally, we will handle the name, address, where applicable, social security number, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.
Dance Vida will collect technical data about the devices you use to access our digital home page, including IP address or other log information. For example, you collect your personal information in our forms on our website when you enter your own info to sign up for classes or workshops.
For what purposes are personal data processed?
The personal data about you collected in connection with your use of our services will be processed by Dance Vida.
We use your personal information to be able to send you information, notifications, and confirmation about the classes you sign up for, changes and cancelations of our classes, and newsletters about events, workshops and classes.

We may send direct marketing such as communications, including updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with. If you are or were one of our students, we will only send you direct marketing with your consent or as permitted by applicable law. You can request to update or delete your information by sending us a email. Dance Vida dance classes and events are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent.
Our classes and events are for adults only. If it is Youngest will have to assist with the parents.

We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Its only us that have access to this information. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and thus we cannot and do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or organizational safeguards.

We retain your information to provide service to you, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We aim to retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfill our obligations under this Policy, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
How long do we save your data?
We will keep your personal data (Email) for as long as necessary with regard to the purpose of the processing, which means that different data will be saved for a long time to be able to send you newsletter about our classes and events even if you are not coming to our classes anymore. For to delete the data you are able to send us a reques or do it your self in the email we send you you will have an option to cancel and delete you data information.
