Who are we at Dance Vida?
Our teachers have become Swedish champions several times and we helped introduce bachata to Sweden.
As performers and educators, we travel internationally to teach at festivals and have even participated in the World Bachata Championships.
Our team includes not only experienced teachers, but also two well-known DJs.
We are also the organisers of the Sweden Bachata Festival in Gothenburg.
Over the years, many dance teachers have trained with us, and we have taught and choreographed for over 60 show teams.
We also work as judges in national and international competitions.

Are you brand new? Then we recommend you start with Bachata Moderna. There you will learn the basics step by step in a safe and social environment, so that you can later progress towards more technique, musicality and Bachata Sensual.
Bachata Moderna is a sociable and popular style suitable for both beginners and intermediates. You'll learn basic steps, rhythm, technique, lead and follow, and combinations that will help you feel more confident in class and on the social dance floor. Moderna gives you the important foundation to develop further in bachata.
Bachata Sensual builds on the basics of Bachata Moderna and is suitable for those who already know the most important basics. Here you work more with body movements, body waves, musicality, contact in the couple and a softer, more fluid way of dancing. To get the most out of Bachata Sensual, we recommend that you first have a good foundation in Bachata Moderna.
